Our room had a bedroom, bathroom, living area, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and patio. The room was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. We were able to park very close to the room.
The hotel is close to old Naples (easy walking distance) and the beach (a mile walk or drive with easy parking by the beach). The area has some great restaurants.
The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. Larry, the concierge, was a mine of helpful information with some great restaurant recommendation.
The SeaShell motel is an old motel from the 50s or 60s. It is a very quaint, no-frills motel that is located just a couple blocks north of 5th avenue and Tin City. It's easy walking distance to the beach, and, in addition to a Starbucks across the street, is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and various shops (antiques and boutiques). Perfect location with affordable, simple rooms.
This condo/villa has an amazing location. The staff misses nothing..beach chairs, fishing poles, books in the library and daily newspapers. The ongoing updates to the villa do not go unnoticed. The bikes in the morning make going to the pier a breeze. We will go back each year and call this place our favorite vacation spot. The staff is exceptional, a tiki bar with a nice menu for food is on campus as well. Shhhh keep this place a secret.
My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. The environment was peaceful and very relaxing. The food was excellent and there are also a wide range if restaurants just steps away from the location
The only downside I can think of is that the AC was a little loud and the TV's were a little small by today's standards. I would definitely vacation there again
