"This is a great place to relax, but there is not a lot to do at the hotel or within walking distance. The plunge pools with villa are fantastic! Due to the tides in the area, you can only swim in the ocean at high tide, and the water has a lot of seaweed. The restaurant is amazing, we really enjoyed all of our meals and the staff were always friendly and helpful."

"We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was well appointed and extremely spacious with a huge balcony (sadly not much sun as facing east) but overlooking the Indian Ocean. "The property (houses on Easter Side) has big issue with the three-phase power input. Finally, we spent our night without electricity (two basic lamps were provided instead for the room and bathroom). The electric generator was not reliable - lights were blinking all the time. "Samuel, front desk staff, made the experience a horrible one because he was extremely impolite, unwelcoming, and condescending when I arrived to check in. The resort has otherwise been incredible but an uncouth first impression by employee Samuel, made me wish I had booked a different resort. So I hope the management will address this issue because if they don't, their reputation will be tarnished all because of one employee. "

"I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort.
