We were trying to watch a "on demand" movie on a raining night, didn't realize it was going to be such a hassle. The TV says “call the front desk”, we did and they sent up a person to the room that said call the front desk “I can’t help you”. We did that again and they transferred us to tech support who transferred us back to the front desk. They transferred us back to tech support again and then transferred us again to someone else asked why are we calling them. We just said it wasn't worth the effort to deal with such incompetent people who don't know what to do, especially for a high end hotel. We would have had better service at a Marriott or red roof inn lol never again. The only nice person we interacted with was Allen at the front desk all others were like uncaring .. what is annoying more than anything is the front desk should have made all the calls for us. Got our room number explain the problem to tech support and follow up with us. Don’t worry Mr G. We will Get right on that for you. That’s how to handle something like that. Won’t be staying there again .
