"Very very welcoming place to be, had my 50th birthday with family and friends and it was wonderful, the venue, food and presentation was first class service. On arrival, we had help caring our bags all the way to our room and would like to give a warm thank you to the Porter called Paul Walker for helping us carrying our luggage, very respectful and professional. "Me and a friend stayed here for the night for my 40th birthday. We were greeted by Amelia who was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was lovely the location perfect and generally the staff were great. There was a very abrupt gentleman at front office in the morning but everyone else including the house keeping ladies were great. We had a treatment there and this was great too :) thank you "
