We stayed 3 nights and kept the do not disturb sign on the entire time. We came back on day 2 to find a bag of fresh towels and toilet paper at our door WITHOUT asking for it! Awesome service, great location. Beach front

I loved the breakfast buffet every morning. It was always a little different than the day before. It included a wonderful mixture of hot and cold foods plus many choices of beverages. Our housekeeper was great, if we didn’t need our room cleaned that day she always left us a bag of clean towels and toiletries outside our door.

Loved that this hotel is midway on the boardwalk, making it a convenient walk to food and shops on both sides of the boardwalk. We didn’t get maid service the whole time we were there, only a bag with towels and toiletries left outside the door, so that was disappointing.

This was our 3rd year staying here for our annual pre-Memorial Day beach trip. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, the rooms are clean (and with two sleeping spaces, perfect for anyone traveling with children who go to sleep earlier than you), and it’s easily walkable to shops, restaurants, etc. The ocean view from every room is the icing on th cake - along with the indoor pool for cool and rainy days.

Reception was easy and friendly. The room was nice with great ocean view. Bed and pillows were comfy. Free breakfast was good. Only downside was the walls are pretty this, so can hear others if noisy. But we had no problem

The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly from the front desk to breakfast to even the staff that cleans the rooms. Wish there was a dinner place in the hotel or a small convience store type place on site, but there was plenty to eat around the area and market type places a short walking distance, so it wasnt a big deal. The view was great from our room and had no problem with parking. Would definitely stay there again next time.

Location excellent check in staff poor english first said room not ready then lady who followed us in her room was ? Then decided ours was ready no water in room it was 85degrees and had to purchase water from vending machine very poor as not the cheapest we have stayed in 6 hotels in this road trip and allothers provided complimentary bottles of water on even a mini bottle of champagne with the amount of choice for beachfront hotels would advice looking elsewhere

The view was INCREDIBLE. I loved the fact that I could enjoy the view of the beach from the balcony, from the sitting room space, or from walking directly onto the beach which is right outside of the hotel. The staff was polite and super helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient parking. We had a great time and we plan to come back.

It was great. The only issue we had was that the pillows on the bed are so small they are square instead of rectangle. On a king sized bed. Luckily we found more in a drawer. Other than that, it was perfect!

Highly recommend if you have events to attend at the Va Beach Convention Center. The Hotel is within walking distance. I felt we were central to attractions and events. This place was extremely clean, breakfast was great and the staff go above to make sure all your needs are meet. We will definitely book here again.

This is a great oceanfront hotel. We stayed for Easter weekend on the 9th floor. The hotel room was very clean and spacious for two. We could hear kids above us on floor 10, though, which was not ideal. It seems like the walls and ceilings are thin. The breakfast was your normal continental breakfast; they do have a gourmet coffee machine, which is nice. The hotel does offer free parking; you can access the first few floors from the parking garage area to get to your room and elevator. They do have a hot tub that we did not have time to enjoy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel again the next time we visit the VA Beach area.
