They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. "Great location in Sorento. Clean room but kind of kitschy- lots of local ceramic in the room. Great breakfast; great terase/lemon tree garden. Staff was quite inhospitable - unusual for our experience in Italy. Also, we have asked for a room upgrade as Expedia VIP - they have told us that they don’t have any rooms available although the hotel was almost empty. We have tried two white wines at the bar on the first floor - both very bad quality. "
