I stayed two nights and while outside was super hot weather inside the room was perfect temperature for relaxing and resting. Zero noises and clean room Personally, I would prefer to have the option to not have the cleaning person to clean the room for the day after my arrival by putting those signs on the door outside, but ok. The only problem I had was the internet connection. I was so bad almost none and that prevented me to work from my room 12 min by tram to the Stephan’s Church

The property was in a very interesting neighborhood, close to the university, within walking distance of many of the activities in the inner stadt. The building is old and there was no air-conditioning, which was fine in the spring, but in summer that might be an issue.

Really friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic but very clean and did the job! The location was ideal, in walking distance to the city centre but in a nice area surrounded by nice restaurants and museums. Moreover, the metro station was only a few minutes away. Would stay there again.

Location of hotel was good. Close to the centre, parliament, Hofburg Palace and Opera house etc. Room was small but fine for a night. Other guests were noisy. I have no idea what was going on in the evening but lots of loud music etc which went on to 11.00pm

No air conditioning in a hot summer day. Our room was at the corner in a busy intersection on the first level. It was hot, noisy, and without privacy. Will not go back.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, but the room was stuffy and hot. It could have been cheaper for the space as the water in the very very small bathroom was not draining..

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I had read some mixed reviews but booked our trip here anyways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a great variety of items. Definitely worth including in your stay. Good luck finding a better breakfast for that cheap. The room was very basic but exactly what we needed for our short stay. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the location made up for that. Most attractions are just a short walk away.

Good location clean room
Great location for walking to downtown plaza area. Staff were helpful with directions and bike storage They have a few locations so you are not in the same building front desk Shower is good room is clean bed is not very good and the one pillow is not very comfy. No luxoury but good basic room

Not as described on the website
The Pension was not as described on the website at the time that I read it. The photos that were on the website did not fairly reflect the property that I was offered, in my opinion. When I arrived the staff were helpful enough, but the room that I was offered was not at the Pension that was described on the website. I was lead out of the front exit onto the pavement and had to walk 160m (According to Goolgle maps) and cross two roads to get to the property that I was offered. This property had a different name and a different street address. I book at number 9 and this property was number 4. The room was cold and seemed to have no heating. The wifi was not functional. I did not accept the property and proceeeded to another hotel.

Nice place, good location
Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location is good, easy to reach the old town. Room is suitable, clean bathroom and bed, good wifi quality. Bed..well... it was terrible, mattress should be changed to a new one. I felt I was sinking in the bed.

Great location, service and price.
Perfect location for access to the Airport Bus and a City bike station. Great security to the rooms, safe to walk in the area at all times. Lovely friendly breakfast service. Cafes and sites very close by. Clean and tidy modern rooms. In the nice quiet sophisticated end of town. Daily, simple room service was lovely. If you need appliances ie iron, kettle just ask. Good internet in the rooms.

We have stayed here before and came back for the convenient location and parking. The owners have added more rooms in a second location just around the corner. Our room was large airy and quite comfortable. Breakfast at 7 euros was reasonable and very good. The service was great.

The pension has two buildings. One is new. I stayed in the new building and it is in great condition. Breakfast starts at 8 but that was too late for me so could not try it. Overall it is a good option near the university.

Loved the location of the hotel to the downtown sights. Attended Austrian dinner show at city hall. Was here on a Sunday -- most shops were closed. Front desk receptionist was very helpful. Hotel was easy to find. WiFi didn't work well in the rooms. We had to use the hallway.

The rooms were very hot. And that could be because there was a heat wave. there were no dustbins in the room. and the bathroom was very small. there were no lights in the corridor which made it difficult for us to find our way at night. the plus side of this pension is its location which is fabulous. everything is near at hand and the staff is very helpful.

Not opulent, but terrific location for Vienna
The location, just three blocks from the Ring, can't be beat for the price in expensive Vienna. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Super Location - we were within walking distance from the downtown center. Easy to get to from thier metro train. It was a great choice for seeing the heart of Vienna. We spent very little time in the room.

Main check in a bit difficult to locate. Off different street but sign on street. Must go inside corridor and up stairs to reception. Hotel receptionist showed us to room at different location nearby and explained two key system. Breakfast available for separate charge. Vending machines available but our euro coins didn't work for drink vending machine. Free WiFi in room worked. Received soap and shampoo. Great location near old part of town. Good pizza place down the street. Our room was on street but noise was manageable.

Wonderful Location!
The check in process was quick taking us to our room and showing us how to use the extra key to the outside door. I thought it was a very safe area. Certainly an easy walk to cafes and attractions in addition to busses and trams. Our room was very peaceful and perfect for the 3 of us girls! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were combining tourism and business at the university, and this was perfect. Our room (no. 13 in the portion of the Pension around the corner from the section where reception is located) had recently been renovated, and it was spotless, very comfortable, and efficiently laid out. As noted above, the family running the hotel was extremely helpful. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. I could go on, but you get the point--for a major European city, this is one of the best value hotels I've stayed in. I will stay there again on my next visit to Vienna.

I was quite happy with my room at Pension Liechtenstein. Yes, it was small, but I wasn't paying for size. It was extremely clean and everything was modern / up to date. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was only a short walk to Rathaus and everything near there. I will absolutely stay here again in future trips to Vienna, and I recommend it to others as well. I will say I was traveling alone and in a single room; I don't know what other rooms were like. When I was in my early 20s, I stayed in lots of hostels. Now, nearing 30, this was absolutely a step up for me, without having to pay a fortune.

Great location, the nicest staff I've ever encountered couldn't have been more helpful. Great wifi, nice warm shower, comfy beds my only issue is the room was very warm and there was no AC or fan but 10 mins with the window open sorted it out.
