"The front desk clerk was amazing. He was very polite,.professional, and helpful. The room we booked was clean and smelled nice. It was cozy and comfortable. The beds were too hard for me but I don't care for firm mattresses. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The coffee was good. The building was under some construction and the elevator felt a little rickety but our overall stay was really good. I would be happy to stay at another Candlewood Suites in the future. "

"The room (to sleep for 1 night) appeared nice, but when we walked in it was extremely cold, the tile felt as if it had recently been mopped. We turned the thermostat up, and left to run errands. When we returned much later the temperature was not much different, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Furthermore, the Checkout form placed under the entrance door in the morning felt DAMP so it probably behooves you to check this out."
