This property was very warm in the hallways and in the breakfast area. I’m not sure why they couldn’t keep it a more comfortable temperature. Our room was also warm upon arrival. Through the night we set it to be cooler but it must have had a reset button because the temperature kept going back up.

This place is disgusting! I reserved this as the most expensive in the area and highest rated, only to be greeted with moldy smelling hallways, elevator, and my room was even worse. The staff was unprofessional.

Overall a 2 star. Decent room since we’re in a small town but we had a knocking sound all night. Walls weren’t in great shape and the restroom tub wasn’t great either

Very nice facility but our room wasn’t too clean. A lot of hair and dirt on the floor which is not carpeted so it could have easily been swept or vacuumed. Shower was not very clean either. Sheets were fine and clean, sinks and toilet too. Just floor and shower we had issues with - especially floor. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. Quiet stay.

Room could use repair

Room was decent and clean, however, when we walked in after being out for a while, there was a weird chemical smell. I noticed the AC unit was rusted and there was even a crack in wall with mold on wall. Also, the toilet was loose and every time we sat on it, it made a loud noise. For the cost of the room, I expected better conditions. The hotel could use some repair.

Not a good stay

There was no hot water in the hotel. Tried to shower late at night and early in the morning. Nothing but cold water. In the morning the elevator went to the 1st floor made a loud noise and then the doors would not open. (Eventually they did, but is no fun to be trapped) Clean, comfortable and safe should be the least to expect from a hotel. This one failed on two of those marks.

Toilet was broken. Very slow to refill. Not all outlets are functional. Door to room would not close right and when closed was very hard to open. I would imagine someone older would have a very difficult time opening the door. Door lock did not work. Sheets and pillows smelled like very little detergent was used.
