Beautiful hotel, central location, charming, very friendly staff, welcoming upon arrival. Excellent breakfast included however it would be nice it the breakfast service started earlier than 8 a.m.

The windows had solid wood shutters on the inside (behind the glass windows). It made the room(s) dark and very quiet for the night even though it wasnt far from a busy side street.

The hotel is good , however the rooms are pretty tight and we can hear everything from next door , if you have luggage be prepared to go up the flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The breakfast is good the rooms are ok if you don’t mind the noise. It’s good but I wouldn’t stay here if I ever go back I would look towards rialto location

The hotel was in a very central location where you can easily access and go to anywhere you want within reasonable walking distance. The staff was also very good and they kept my room well cleaned and made everyday.

The hotel was not flexible in accommodating another person inspite of contacting the hotel and Expedia 5 days before the date of check in. Hotel staff argued that no one contacted them. He was lying as both Expedia and myself contacted them. Very poor management. Definitely will not go back to that place.
