I was there end of May 2024. Most other staffs are nice. However, one of the front staff tried to argue with me. The second day, I didn't realized that the front desk staff was changed. I already talked with previous staff about my train time (8am) and right time to check-out to get out from there. Because of I need to take time to packing my stuffs I was considered about time is good to leave there. I told previous staff that I will check- out earlier than regular check-out time. so when I got back to hotel at night, I just continue mentioned "earlier check-out" with laughing after say how are you. The elevator has been arrived but I could not get in. Because of the staff keep hold me to make sure what time I will check out with little forced voice. I said I'm not sure what time exactly I will leave but my train time is 8am. He suddenly looks got annoyed at me and said "oh that is not early. ok thank you" with pouting lips and face. I missed the elevator and confused what did I do wrong. I asked him why he ask me what time I leave and why I need to care. He said if I leave really early then he can put concierge earlier but my train is not early anyway. I was surprised that why I need to be aware of there next customer service preparing and why he yelling at me because of that. I was still customer and going to be there one more night. He was so rude and kept repeat "whatever" and next day when I check-out, he didn't apologe or thank you after I paid and leave there.
