"This is one of the best b&b I have ever stayed in. Roberto was friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. Apartment was clean and room cleaned every day. Bottle of prosecco/wine was left in the room each day with chocolates left on the pillow each day. Really nice touch and much appreciated after all the sightseeing all day. "Good location. 5 minutes walk from Metro. You will get your own room with bathroom and share kitchen with two other rooms. You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator with drinks and in a pantry with packaged breakfast. Good room for the money. Con.: bed sheets and wall color outdated, Sparkling vine wasn't provided as it said in our room details. "

"We liked how polite and friendly the cleaner was and the room was a good size, airy and spacious. Toilet is right infront of the shower so not sure how you could sit down with long legs but it was fine for us! We liked where it is it’s about 15 minutes walk out from the Vatican next to the market and about an hour to the Roman Forum ( treck fountain and Pantheon are just 10 minutes closer than this). We weren’t let in on the first night due to a misunderstanding with late arrival so had to stay...

"Great time in Rome. The train was right aroung the corner and the Vatican was a ten minute walk. Owner of the property very helpful. If you take a night tour of the Vatican less people less money. Same as the Colosseum. The get into the church is no charge and wait isn’t that long and well worth it"

"Fabio and Paolo were both delightful to deal with, via Whatsapp and in person. The rooms are not fancy, but are comfortable and roomy and pleasant, and ours had a lovely and quite, shaded balcony. The shared kitchen was a handy touch, and we appreciated the recycling options within the shared space. The Arches Inn is within a two-minute walk of the Cipro station. This is an interesting residential area, but one with many neighbourhhood shops and cafes and bars. Was a fun stay!"
