"The staff was great and accommodating. Lobby and restaurant excellent. My room with roll in shower needs updating. Walls need painting, carpets worn. Bed comfortable. But all in all , I would stay again. The location was what I needed."
"It was in a great location. I did find that the staff was kind -but our first room was very noisy because of the air conditioning- it was impossible for us to sleep… we changed rooms. there was also certainly miscommunication between the staff and managers- we had extended our stay and confirmed with the staff when checked in and again when we changed rooms - but we got a message telling us to move our stuff (after confirming we were there one more night) we were given a message to call the manager but after many calls that went to voicemail- we had to leave an event that we had been looking forward to all year to go and “fix” the room situation.
We took an uber each way at our expense to do this. There was a bit of an apology but it just was so frustrating and disappointing to have to deal with this! And really nothing was offered to compensate for this odd situation."
