"This is our 5th year visiting Avon to go skiing. So far this condo was our favorite. Perfect size for our family, comfortable for all of us. The location is so close to the Avon Gondola and local restaurants. The condo had anything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can’t wait to book this one again! Thank you!"

"Great location in quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes from Vail. Very nice condo with plenty of space for nine women over a three day weekend. Functional and well-stocked kitchen that we were able to use to prep and store a brunch picnic. Full bath on each floor. Plenty of towels and shower essentials. Could use a body mirror on first floor. Half bath on second floor near the living room didn’t flush, so we didn’t use it. Some of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t control the thermostat to...

"This was our first Colorado ski trip but it will not be our last! The condo was clean and comfortable. My questions were answered promptly by the property manager and check in was a breeze. The resort had wonderful amenities and we all had a great time. Would recommend to anyone but the only thing I would warn is be prepared for the prices—Colorado was expensive!"

"The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

"The property is a little dated but nice. Sheets were a miss-match of colors and designs. New white bed linens would be a great improvement! Property is listed as "air conditioned". There is one AC in the main room and it did not seam to work. No AC in bedrooms. Luckily the temperature outside was pretty cool at night, so we opened the windows. Location is fantastic.Building was very quiet."

"Really a perfect set-up for our family! It was a very convenient place to stay it was comfortable, easy access, nice patio, close to the things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed it very much!"

"For a place to stay it is fine. Nothing fancy and rather small for the amount of people it accommodates. The shower in the master closet is extremely small. You can barely turn around in it. The appliances are nice and functional. The fireplace never worked, although you are instructed to be patient, we waited all night. Good place to stay, the community is old and a little weathered."

"This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). "We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!"
