"This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front...

"The apartment was clean and convenient. I was a little worried about the stairs with a toddler but was happy to see they had a gate available. I would stay again!"

"The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area."

"Stayed at this lovely space with my son and his dog. The location was perfect and the apartment was everything we needed. Easy to walk to everything. The apartment is well appointed. No central a/c but there are 2 wall units that cooled enough. The owner was amazing and instructions for check in/out were clear and easy. I would definitely stay again"

"Spent just short of a week here with the kids, looking at colleges and exploring Denver/Boulder area. The proximity of this place is ideal for seeing everything. Easy access to major thoroughfares, nearby Dutch Bros, Little Man Ice Cream, and In-and-Out (kids' favorites). The unit was incredibly clean and stocked with the necessities in case we didn't bring them. We were well taken care of my the property managers, who checked in regularly and answered questions promptly. I have no complaints at...

"My husband and I discovered Denver and a few of the surrounding cities very easily from Tina's place. The suite is in the basement of the property (small amount of stairs) and the bedroom area/bath area is separated from the kitchen/living area. Tina is a great hostess and her dog's are just as described and very friendly. If you have pet allergies, the doggos are not allowed in the VRBO area."

"Property is just as described. Modern, well maintained and well stocked. Despite being on a busy street, was for the most part very quiet. A couple hiccups during our stay, but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend as long as you do not have any mobility issues since there are stairs to access as noted in the photos."

"Great house and John is an amazing property owner. The communication was excellent. We came here for a concert at Red Rocks and this house was in a convenient place to get there. Near lots of restaurants and shopping, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Best of both worlds. Definitely recommend."

"I needed a place to stay while I looked for permanent housing, and I wish I was able to stay here! It has Everything you need…I thought it was just a washing machine, but it’s a washer AND dryer! Even the microwave is also a conventional oven. And it does work, I just added more time to make sure everything was cooked thoroughly."

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
