Overall a very nice place. However, some workers started doing repair work at 7:30 a.m. in the room next to us and woke us up. We could hear them dropping tools and it was loud. Other than that, the facility was very clean and looked fantastic. I would stay here again.

Although it has 2 excellent restaurants, the one located on the lower level has delicious authentic food! Best kept secret. Another pleasant surprise was a knob on the room entrance wall of our jr suite, turn it and it’s a volume device for awesome music.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful in all my inquires. The rooms were clean and the porter was very helpful throughout my stay.

A/C Issues
I had to upgrade to a Junior Suite just to have air conditioning. "Regular" rooms only have a fan or two, but with temperatures regularly in the 80s, I needed air conditioning. I think that it's ridiculous that I had to pay almost double, just for A/C.

The location of the property is very convenient for exploring the centro. The restaurant food was very good and the waiters were attentive, however, we were overcharged twice in the restaurant Las Camelinas for beverages.

The hotel staff were nice and helpful. They lock the doors early in the morning and late at night so that you can only get out/in if they ring you in, and you can’t go up the elevator without a key card, so there’s added safety. There’s two elevators so it’s more accessible for folks who may have a wheelchair, etc. There are two restaurants in-house that stay open late. Upon arrival they gave me a free voucher to get a free drink on the house, which was nice. The rooms had comfortable beds, a coffee machine, a button to turn on music they are playing in your room through speakers, a tv, etc. The only issue is that I felt cold and they did not have a heater to warm up the room, only a ceiling fan. You can hear through the rooms so also be mindful of that. They have a business center, but it’s pretty small and gets really packed during the day. If you’re working remotely, it’d be best to work from your room.

Lovely and safe property with an amazing location. Close to shopping, dining and the parque. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that on Friday and Saturday evenings it felt like our room was inside a nightclub. It may have been the room location, but it was insanely loud. No issues with the other nights and would likely stay there again despite the noise issues.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were cleaned beautifully daily. The shower was always hot with rain fall shower head. Plenty of space for our family of 4 in our room with fold out couch. Cafeteria had good food and we enjoyed buffet on Sunday

Beautiful & friendly!
Wonderful people with a warm & welcoming service oriented demeanor. Stayed at different dates during my two weeks traveling our rooms were always so clean. The hotel was super clean & I also appreciated the pandemic protocols they had in place, as well. The property itself is a bit dated, but I would not hesitate to stay there again in my future travels.

Loved the hotel stay
I love the hotel. It was clean and right on the downtown square. Parking was accessible and the staff was friendly. The Sunday buffet was a great choice for breakfast!

Plenty of fun
It was a great place to stay, plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and not to mention The Parque Nacional witch is just a short walk from the hotel.

I liked the staff. Was polite and dilligent. Overall service was good. The room felt rustic but spacious clean. Perhaps a little outdated. Beds were confortable and clean. Everyday cleanibg service was on poibt. I was a little dissapointed that therr was no breakfast invluded.

Great location
The rooms were spacious & the king bed comfortable. The bathroom was very cramped and the paint was peeling off the wall and ceiling. Right in the centre of town so you can walk anywhere you would want to see.
