Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. "

"This was an awesome little property, in a lovely spot with a great view. We stayed for three nights but would have been happy to stay here longer if we had the time. The location on the coastal walkway was an added bonus too, we walked to the city and back- not a short walk but doable on a mild autumn day. "We had a great stay here. The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home. It's in lovely location near the port, but still walking distance to town for dinner. Highly recommend and would stay again."

"Great dog friendly property. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower with fab pressure! Plenty of firewood for the fire, just had to buy kindling. Access to main door was not close to car, not ideal if its raining on arrival or departure. Clean and tidy. Location was quiet and handy to CBD. Appreciate that we could bring our dog on holiday."

"This was a great place to stay. It was very spacious and had a nice garden for the children to play in and it had wonderful views of the beach and Port Taranaki from the deck. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening and watch the sunset and the boats being loaded at the port."

"Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree. "
