"ALL of the staff was amazing and courteous. Very helpful and response to any issue was met immediately. We were 5 in the suite and towels were always provided. The only thing is the room needs updates and lots of improvement. Carpet super old and dingy (cannot vacuum anymore), bathroom old (but clean). Overall what I really liked the Staff for always being smiling and listened to all of our needs. 5 Stars to STAFF!"

"We had a graduation nearby. Cute small old hotel that’s been completely refurbished. The room with two queen beds is really tight but everything is new and clean. Lots of cabs available. Walk to Central Park."
