"The communication was exceptional; I received prompt responses both prior to my trip and upon arrival. The property itself, though small, was impeccably clean and perfectly suited for two people who appreciate life's simple pleasures. Its size was accurately described in the listing. Despite its proximity to the airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the absence of any disturbance from passing planes. Overall, it was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations."

"I got sent up last minute to Gig Harbor for work. Quickly learned there aren’t many hotels around. Wow was that a blessing in disguise. "The Murano hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tacoma in walking distance from the museums we wanted to visit. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and decorated with glass art. The only downside was that only 1 out of 6 EV chargers on the parking lot was for non-Tesla vehicles. And that place was taken by a car which was finished charging but the owner didn’t bother to free the parking space. I wish the administration of the hotel would monitor such situations."
