"My favorite place in Mexico . Quiet, elegant and stunning, this jungle retreat is worth the splurge. Staff are efficient and friendly, food is good and amenities are top notch . The water circuit after a great workout with cenote views is my preferred start to my day . I also dream of the time I can return to this amazing resort. "

"The Hacienda was great!! I love the place; however, the location was not great for us because it was in the south side of Mérida which looked isolated and there were no restaurants or shops or a way to walk around outside of the hotel. We canceled the second night and went to the north side which is more tourist friendly. Overall it was a good place. "
