"Accuracy of the listing is pretty spot on. It was me and my daughter there for a cheer competition, and she loved the roof top area (it was just too cold for us to hang out up there). The place was clean, and all amenities were there. I did realize after the fact (this was my fault) there are not curtains for the front window, so we took the foldable twin bed mattress and leaned it up against the window at nighttime to block out the views from outside. "I liked that even though there was an apartment next to this one, it was vacant, so it was very quiet at night. The apartment is off of a main road so it made it easy to get in and out. I had everything available that I needed in the surrounding area. The owners checked-in often to see if I needed anything. A welcome basket was sitting on the dining room table with drinks and snacks. A welcome book with instructions for the apartment and most importantly a list of all the local restaurants in...

"Apartment was simple and adequate for our needs. Internet was good. The location doesn't get any better. Walking distance to Cherry Street/15th Street. You could stay a week and walk to a different restaurant each day for a great meal. Coffee house on Cherry Street for coffee and breakfast."

"We loved our stay at this property. We were in Tulsa to run races at the Golden Driller Marathon at the nearby Tulsa River West Festival Park. The apartment was very comfortable, especially for recovering after our races. The location is great with inviting restaurants within walking distance. Our visit to The Bob Dylan Center was a highlight of our trip. We loved the vibe in Tulsa and hope to get back to explore more. We would definitely stay at Genean's vintage apartment again. P.S. "Overall, We would stay again. The shower door was a challenge because it leaked into the corner onto the floor. I could not speak with the property manager because the link would not work. The link to communicate needs to be fixed. The place is darling, and I definitely would highly recommend it. "

"We stayed for our anniversary and wanted to explore Downtown Tulsa. This place was perfect!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars plus a nice 5 minute walk to downtown! The view from the sliding window/balcony was freaking awesome!!"

"We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in."

"I've stayed here twice in the past month. It is the perfect place for me! The ONLY negative thing is that no matter how many plug ins, fans or sprays used, there's a horrible sewage smell that cant even be covered up. "

"We stayed for 3 nights, and it is a cute little 2 bed 1 bath. The walls are super thin, and the door handles are a bit funky. We all got locked in the bathroom several times because the doorknob is jacked. The bathroom sink hardly let out any water, the tub wasn't draining all the way so you stood in your shower water the whole time, and we had to keep plunging the toilet. I had trouble locking the door at one point and called the manager and they were very disinterested in the issue, borderline...

"We came from Illinois to visit my mom for her 90th and Moms Day. Absolutely amazing place. They had everything we needed and more. The tv remote was out of batteries and he rode his bike over to replace them. They had the couch covered for our dog. We could just feel how special he is. Thank you Clark!"
