"The hotel is perfectly located for the old city. We had the Deluxe Room and all the details were perfect - bathrobes, slippers, two sinks, huge shower and bath with luxurious toiletries. "Yummy breakfast, nice service personal. Unfortunately our room was in a condition of needing a lot of maintenance. Open wires, holes in the wall, damaged toilet seat, damaged windows and also leftovers from former guests. We got the last room and it was a last minute emergency booking, since our other appartment that we have booked disappeared. Nevertheless to many issues for that price. Make sure not to get this appartment."

The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks."
