"Day 1 - I’m a pretty easing going person and to get a last minute affordable place to stay during Stampede was super limited, so this place looked fine. First night was fine, though the house was a little dirty. I’m disabled myself so I’m pretty understanding about mess, and they had kids. I went downstairs to get water at some point and the house was a MESS - food on the floor, things laying all over the floor like random papers, food left on the counter, etc. I went back to my room assuming...

"When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!"

"This is a very cute little basement suite! We forgot shampoo and thankfully there was some available to us, and there was also coffee available. My son loved the streaming options, we had an Adam Sandler movie night 😊 Priced very good too! Would definitely rent again!! "
