"Nice quiet bach"

"Grafton Cottage was so fantastic we changed our stay from 1 night to 3 nights after the first night. Albie (owner) is very personable and accommodating - just basically lovely. The chalet we had our first night was a cute bedsit and had a good view out over the bay. Full cooking facilities, lots of hot water and a spa & pool right by the door. After the first night we loved it so much we asked Albie if we could stay another 2 nights and he had a 2 story chalet free for us which he only charged the bedsit price. The view was even better. We spent 2 days sipping beer in the spa and reading as rain rolled over the bay - snug and warm and comfortable. We were on a bicycling trip and were able to securely store our bikes in the garage onsite and Albie ran us into town one night (rainy and cold) to go to dinner free of charge. We will definately stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere in the Thames area."

"We spent four days at this property. It's in a lovely location, wonderful views and a neat and clean house. We couldn't find a couple of kitchen basics (coffee plunger, frying pan) but the breakfast was great (eggs, toast, muesli, fruit, milk etc) and all the other things that you'd expect were available. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a great stay here. We were a group 5yo, 8yo, mum, dad and granny visiting from overseas. We had one very wet day and they house was perfect to be in. We enjoyed the jigsaws, games and tv that came with the house. The downstairs granny flat was a perfect space for our visiting granny to have some quiet space when I needed. Its a quick walk to the estuary which we all really enjoyed and a drive into the main drag with the smaller legs amongst our group. House was clean and homely really well equipped kitchen and the decks were lovely."
