The important 3 Cs all met - clean, comfortable and convenient. The reasonable price reflects that it is an older property, however our room had all we needed. That breakfast was included, was a bonus. We would be happy to stay there again.

The p r can do with a good shake up The breakfast bar FlLL up the cereals bad display to have guests and the containers are just about empty over two days of accommodation.

We had a room right at the front of the property and could hear the road noise all night. Feedback has been provided directly to the owner in regards to some areas of improvement - hopefully they take the feedback on board. The main feedback was to erect a fence at the front of the property to minimise road noise, replace the ceiling fans and the bedside lamps - which stay dimly lit all night.

Riviera on Ruthven
Overnight stop-over for early morning surgery. Very close to the Base hospital, some eateries and shopping close by. Breakfast was complimentary...great coffee and enjoyed the muesli/overnight oats???? There was the usual other things to choose from as well tho. Room was nicely appointed with decent sized TV. Tidy place to stay. We would stay again.

Great location, very quiet despite being on main road. Easy walking distance to the City Golf Club for a meal and drink. Included continental breakfast which was lovely. Our second time staying here, will happily stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Riviera. It was in a great location and suited all of our needs. The breakfast in the morning was lovely with an assortment of homemade jams. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

Excellent accommodation. Clean, tidy and very well presented. Only dislike was that the breakfast area only opened at 7:30am which was inconvenient as I departed early each day and hence couldn't access the included breakfast. I should have spoken with management and made some alternate arrangements - Otherwise, all good.

Well equipped
This is a very well equipped room with crockery etc so you can make simple meals. Very clean, comfy beds and good breakfast.

Both of these times was at our reception and there was not any interaction that could be called unfriendly.

Lovely stay
Great little boutique hotel at a very resonable price in the heart of Toowoomba and the price included a complimentary breakfast which was a lovely surprise. Great service and we stayed in an exective room which was beautiful, highly recommend:-) Cant wait to come back and stay again!

The room was very average although it was clean. Good hot water. Staff were not friendly Breakfast was very poor. Cereals and bread for toast not topped up regularly. Very small dining area.

Thank you for your review. As we are awaiting payment for the TV that was broken in your room we do not take the bad rating to heart. We were not surprised to receive this after the last email that you sent.Had you mentioned on check out that there had been an accident with the TV instead of handing the key to me and while smiling thanking us for a lovely stay, we would probably been a little more understanding of the situation but as it was you checked out without mentioning any issues and then proceeded to be upset and become quite 'snarky' at us when we advised of the cost of replacement. We were not impressed with your behaviour.
