Rude caretaker spoiling an otherwise good property
I had booked a room for a short one-night stay and late arrival with early departure. The room was quiet and ok. Found a huge cockroach on arrival and informed the caretaker. He told me not to worry about a small insect and hung up the phone after refusing to change the room as it was 10:30 in the night. His sleep and rest was obviously a higher priority than the comfort of his guest. Later I found the windows had been left open and the carpet nearby was soaked with rain water. The bed in the room was soft. The condition of the room was clean otherwise and the property will make a great place to stay if the caretaker made a small effort to ensure the comfort of the guest.

good for a few hours not a few days
The promise of having code for afterhours checkin was not fulfilled and had trouble getting into room when arrived after reception closed at 7.30pm Things such as TV which has colour and blurriness issues and shower with broken soap holder etc made me thank ful I was only staying for a few hours not a few days. Was cheap so guess you get what you pay for.

Whilst this hotel might be a little dated, it’s very clean and tidy, and the staffed serviced my room daily, which honestly I didn’t expect. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels booked on last minute sites, and the daily serving seems to be what gets left out.

price ok ,but disappointing all the same.people at reception on leaving only just.aircon in room shit.pillows flatter than a pancake and tv as small as a computer!! At breaky yoghurt ran out and no one checked or refilled it.Wont be back .

Lovely spacious room which was clean & tidy. Staff were friendly. A bit disappointed that the breakfast included didn't include the fresh fruit & pastries shown in the photos. It was just cereal & toast. But otherwise a good place that suited us well.

Remarkable breakfasts
Nice clean room. The room was spacious and serviced daily. The only negative was to walk from the venue to any where in the local area there were no footpaths meaning we unfortunately trooped wet grass into the room.

The beds were comfortable and the heating was cozy and quiet. Great breakfast - Tea/coffee, toast, cereal, fresh fruit salad and yogurt. This motel catered for everything we needed for our stay.

best value for money in toowoomba
this is a great value hotel all facilities are excellent in the room . the cleaners are outstanding change bed sheets and washed bathroom floor every day . wifi is a little weak . but i recommend everything about this motel. provide a breakfast everyday amazing for the price.

It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had the misfortune of 'sleeping' in. The pillows were a joke. The worst nights sleep ever. I wish I had my swag with me, I would of slept in that.

I like it because it is quiet, despite the nearness of the Toowoomba Range Road. Great view and has all the basic I needed. It is good value with continental breakfast included. The young man in charge of breakfast could do with some help when it is busy. This property is old and shabby. Everything in my room worked, but It does need renovating, even a coat of paint would help.

A great place to stay.
Fantastic, fresh, light filled room, modern and bright with a verandah for outdoor seating. Easy parking and access. Surprisingly quiet and the delicious fresh fruit salad at breakfast was part of the healthy options provided. We did have the WiFi drop out a number of times but found it to be positional in the room. Overall, a great place to stay.

Check in was easy and simple. Our room was spacious and even had a large leafy balcony at the front with distant views to the valley. The bathroom was a little 'tired' and is due for a re-fit but it was clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfy. The Continental Breakfast was complimentary and adequate. Overall, we would happily stay again.
