This was probably one of the better hotels i stayed at on my trip with my partner. (We stayed in 12 all over the country). The location was great with awesome views and outstanding staff. The laundry machines were also in great working condition and I would stay here again.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tokyo Dome Hotel. The lobby was inviting, the staff excellent, the room clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the quality and large selection of dishes at breakfast. Our one negative is that it was a considerable taxi ride from most tourist sites in Tokyo, but the city is so spread out, I'm not sure any other hotel would be free of this issue.

Very good experience. Upper floors have dramatic view of the city. Place was clean and well-maintained. Access via public transit was not the greatest and other than the Tokyo Dome there isn't much else in the vicinity.

The third time I checked into the hotel in the last two months. This time I made a mistake of booking a smoking room. I asked the front desk if there's a non smoking room. I was told that there's only premium rooms available which I need to pay for the upgrade. It was right after the Easter peak. There's a lot less people in the hotel. It's a 40 storey building. It's hard to believe there's none available.

It is double standard rooms defending on floors 1-22 is lower level guest , bathroom room condition is slightly lower level than premier rooms and not cheap Even shampoo is different 😜😜😜

A beautiful hotel with incredibly helpful staff. The location is perfect as it is 5-10 minute walking distance from multiple stations. Being next to the Tokyo Dome means it is close to many restaurants, arcades and bars, as well as a 24 hour Don Quixote, 5 minutes walk away for any quick souvenirs and anything else. Would highly recommend the Tokyo Dome Hotel and will hopefully be staying again in the future.

The hotel is well situated, some good eating places about but there is a lack of pubs in the area. The hotel has a gym, also there is an area for washing cloths if required in high tech washing machines. We were there two weeks so the washing machines came in handy. The area has a great train system with none of the trains ever late! There is loads to do in Tokyo it is holiday that yku will never forget.

Top notch in Tokyo
Got to honest this was one of the best stays I’ve had in an overseas hotel. I had booked a premium room but I didn’t feel it was overly expensive and was really happy with the room I had. Compared to a room I’d just had in Sapporo it was £1 more expensive but made the other place look like a right dump! Being on the floor I was (the 36th) I was entitled to the included breakfast on the top floor. It was lovely! A great view for one thing and nicely prepared and served food by extremely polite staff. The room was made up every day and any tea or complimentary drinks I had replenished. If I were to be in Tokyo again i wouldn’t look anywhere else. I felt you hit good value for money for a city.

A great place for family vacation. A lot of activities for the kids and Don Quijote is next door. Train station nearby to get you to other cities. Will definitely stay there again.

I wished the restaurant and bar were open later. After the concert, we could not have some late-night snacks and drinks since they closed at ten pm. Other than that, the hotel is nice and clean and very close to the Tokyo Dome. We will stay here again next time for the he concert in the Tokyo Dome.
