This property was beautiful and the staff was lovely, they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I look forward to staying here again when I return to Japan.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, with great suggests for dining, shopping, walking etc. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel, also, Alex ( concierge) and Antoine ( manages hospitality) were incredibly helpful and wonderful people. We will stay here again.

Kimpton hotel was superb. Nice, clean and spacious room. The staff always went above and beyond to cater to the needs of their guests. Yasa in particular he found hot sauce my sister was looking for and bought few bottles for her to bring it home. Absolutely amazing :-) the cafe and restaurants are great and its walking distance to some of the major attractions. Location is great. Also there is a hotel a block away from Kimpton where you can book your airport bus, cheap and convenient. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay! The staff was super friendly, the amenities top of the line, and the bed an oasis in the middle of the city. Conveniently located near subway stations too. Highly recommend!

Nice property within a 15 minute walk to the JR Shinjuku station. Perks include am coffee at their 1st floor coffee shop and 5-6PM happy hour daily. Dislikes: no am newspaper, ala carte breakfasts (no buffet) and no views. Service at restaurant varies.

Had an amazing stay here with my elderly mother. Excellent service, super comfortable bed, very clean, convenient location, tasty breakfast, just everything you’d want to come back to after being out and about all day during your travel. Special shout out to the concierge team that helped me plan a special 70th birthday surprise dinner for my mother.

5 stars stay at Kimpton Shinjuku!
I booked a room thru bookings.com last minute. We were suppose to have two beds but the room we were given only had one. We went to the front desk and Alexandro (lost the business card so it might be spelled wrong, sorry) assisted us. He apologized multiple times and ended up making our first stay at a Kimpton a 5 star experience. Everyone was so friendly. I was traveling with my son who was visiting Japan for the first time and everyone was so helpful. Thank you Alexandro and everyone at Kimpton Shinjuku!

We had a great time at the Kimpton Shinjuku. My husband and i were celebrating our anniversary and were able to bring our dog along for the fun. The hotel room came equipped with doggy essentials, like bowls, a bed, and pee pads, which was great. The room in general was modern and clean. We didn't want to leave! We also visited the roof bar, which was lovely but tinier than i had imagined. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful! Can't wait to come back!!
