They don't check you in early its at 3pm even though a room is ready before 3. Breakfast has a wide variety. Hotel is clean, single room is enough space for cabin n back pack. The station is close and easy to get on Ginza line or Keiko to airport. I would stay again.

The Hotel was close to 3 train - subway lines, very close to the Imperial Palace and park. The property was extremely clean and neat. The staff was extremely friendly, respectful and professional. Definately will come again ad stay at the hotel.

The only issue with this hotel is that the sick would not drain properly. Otherwise great location close to Ginza and Central station.

The location is great. It is close to Tokyo train station. The room was small, but nice and clean. The Breakfast was great. Highly recommended this hotel.

Overall I had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and modern and located in the business district. The area the hotel is located in is on a main road and about 10 minutes walk to the main tokyo train station. Staff was very polite. Rooms are a bit small so if you are two it will be a bit tight but as a solo traveler it works fine

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was you can’t find any transportation to the Tokyo Train station except taxi or walk to the station. The walk was not so easy.

The hotel is beyond my expectations. It is very clean and close to the Kyobashi Station. They also offer evening snack which is a plus. Also, I tried their breakfast for one day and its so delicious!! I will come back again for sure.

What I liked was the rom service is excellent. In addition to all New towels, Every mooring we got New shaving Razor, Lotions, tooth brush with the paste for everyone in room. What I did not like and do not recommend is do not have Breakfast in Hotel is expensive and quality is not great.

Safe, clean, quiet hotel near all Ginza experiences and within minutes of Takarasho station. Keisei Sky Access train from Narita airport stops at Takarasho making this a very convenient location. Also easy access to metro to access all of Tokyo.

Excellent location, a few steps from the subway and 5 minutes from Tokyo Station. Friendly staff. Rooms are small but with everything you will need. They provide chargers for iPhone or Android. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is about an 8 min walk from Tokyo Station. It can feel a little longer depending on how much luggage you have. There’s a fantastic film archive next to the hotel. The lobby is in the 2nd floor. Friendly service. They have happy hour from 5-7pm. I missed their afternoon tea. Breakfast was great. I stayed only 1 night before heading off from Tokyo Station to Narita airport. I booked the Narita express (about 1 hour).

Rooms are small but that was expected. What was not expected is how strictly they stick to the 3pm check in time. Not very hospitable when you have travelled 18 hours and arrive in the morning.

We were very pleased with our short stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of public transportation options. It also has a mini drug store on the 1st floor handy to purchase whatever you might have forgotten. My daughter purchased a portable USB charger bank there which certainly came in handy. We also very much appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that we received each day. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel offered foods for both local and international guests. The food that was to be hot was hot and the cold food was cold!

The breakfast buffet was excellent and had several vegetarian options. The room was a bit on the small side so it was hard to find a good place to put the luggage rack for my suitcase. The hotel is conveniently located near two subway lines.

Tokyo hotel rooms are usually small so it was as expected. I’ve stayed at Hotel Intergate in Osaka previously so chose to stay with them in Tokyo as I had a good experience. As I was traveling alone, the size of the room was good for me. It is located within 2 mins walk from Kyobashi station which made it easier when arriving and leaving for the airport with my luggage. It is also located at the edge of Ginza so it’s definitely walkable to explore that area. Family mart was located on the ground floor which made it so convenient. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Tokyo.

This is an excellent hotel for budget-conscious travellers… it’s not cheap, but great value. A short walk from Tokyo station (with connections to both major airports), steps from the busy Ginza shopping district. Some great restaurant options within easy walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, though small as is common in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
