"Clean place and close to amenities. Laundry and gym good. The only thing I did not like was breakfast, not worth the money. Other places in the area that u can go to. They should also offer shuttle services from airports, to a few point of interest places and perhaps Disney Tokyo? Subway is close but if its your first time it can be overwhelming to try to figure out all the lines."

"cannot change room tempeture, you can only adjust the fan speed. Cleaning time is pretty load . Like most Japanese hotels room is small there no space to open up your suitcase and keep it open . I had to set my suitcase on the small coffee table . There's a laundry mat which was pretty much open when I was there. 3 or 4 mini stores on the property and maybe 10 restaurant on the 1st floor . It's a good 10 min walk to Shinjuku station , but the plus is Washington Hotel is connected to Shinjuku Station by an under ground walk way which is convenient when its raining"

"The room was a nice size, clean, and the amenities were perfect. The breakfast restaurant was nice, but a little confusing, depending on which entrance you took."
