Room was outdated and carpeted, bathroom was the smallest we've had since our stay. The carpet made the room feel dirty. No toiletries like body lotion. The walk from the train station was uphill which was difficult when you have luggage. We paid about 313 for a king bed room with a tokyo tower view. I will say the coffee nespresso maker was very good. We paid $187 for my mothers room which did not have a coffee maker. Would not stay again. All the other rooms / hotels we stayed at our our trip were better deals/ or cleaner or bigger.
It’s rather pricey place to stay but every penny you spend is worth the experience. I took a morning walk in the garden. I have stayed here before and I love everything about this place. 7 Eleven is located in the basement which is new to me and I love the ideas.
Stay as a group of 2. Nice and spacious rooms. Easy walk to the station and access to Tokyo. Staff were great and helpful. Spoke English and check in and check out process were a breeze. Will be back again.
7-11 inside property open between 7am to 2 am.
Lots of parking underground with reasonable nightly fee of 1500yen. Room is clean with free water. Room size is just like hotel in North America and Canada. Beautiful park around property. 5 mins walk to major station. I would definitely come back here when I visit Tokyo again.

I thought that breakfast is included, very disappointed
The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much.
Booked through Expedia and pictures were stunning. The lobby of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous but when you go to the rooms the hallways stink, rooms are old. Staffs hardly speak English and not welcoming specially Tanaka. AC had problems for 2 days they didn’t fixed it makes noise all night. The filter was due to replacing and they did it while we were there. Anyhow it’s not bad but can be way better
A great place to stay. We had a wonderful view of the Tokyo tower and the garden at the hotel. Very convenient as the hotel is located near the Shinagawa station.
10 mins from Shinagawa station and 10 mins from Takanawadai metro station. Perfect for anywhere in Tokyo. Only downside is that it is uphill from Shinagawa so hard walk with Baggage.
It was perfect for are stay . So many local restaurants

I like my room cuz it’s wider enough to do my yoga. I didn’t like the bathroom. The shower head moves to the left or right instead at the center. Bath tub is not long enough to lay down straight with my 5’4” height. Bath tub drains is not deep enough to capture over flowing water. There were only 4 pages of memo on the side table. Obsolete coffee drip instead of pods.

Room was worn and Japanese Garden was not well maintained.
There were not enough amenities for guest to use after paying such high amount of money. The pools was close and lounges. After paying such expensive pice but not opeing things and having things for guest to use was such disappointment. Also i mever stayed at a place were i have to pay extra tax and their own property and country tax when im just visit and not a resident. As i already paid the tax on my end when purchasing and yet again fuing my stay was unbelievable. The rooms were was to small, had no room to out our luggages.
I was unfamiliar with the area but I needed an inexpensive room for my last night in Japan. The room was a great value, with excellent grounds and an amazingly helpful and professional staff.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station.
I highly recommend the hotel.
One of the best hotel’s I’ve ever stayed at. All around it is a great hotel - from the staff, to the amenities, views, and their Garden is amazing. Truly didn’t disappoint
Contactless check-in and check-out machines. Easy access to Shinagawa Station and the Shinkansen and airport rail links.

Self check in/ out was intimidating but the staff instructed me how to do. However, this system didn’t not give me a chance to ask questions about hotels
