"There were 2 spiders in my room. The staff wasn't friendly and mentioned any concerns I need to address 3rd party- Hotels.com. The shower was dirty. The lazy river water was dirty. Overall I wouldn't go back. The staff was horrible. It wasn't worth it. The staff will make the experience along with the amenities."
