"Many great aspects to this apartment. If you are travelling by train or bus it couldn’t be closer to the station. It’s quiet, with an enclosed courtyard in the middle of all the units. It’s quite spacious..like a home away from home. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen was well appointed, with a dishwasher but there is no oven. "The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "

"Nice apartment in a great location for the places where I visit. In a good area and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants if you don't want to cook. Easy access to the Haagse Bos park and Centraal Station. Only real issue I had was with the noise of the rain on the skylight during some stormy weather - earplugs needed to get some sleep."

"The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. The customer service agents were very professional and helpful. However, the property needs some attention to details regarding the following: * The check-in process is little bit confusing for a first time visiotr. * The livingroom rug was old and dirty. * The main bathroom water couldn't escape (drained). Overall experience is very pleasant!!"
