"We had a wonderful time, staying for four nights. We arrived to check in and were greeted so warmly that we instantly felt at home. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complementary breakfast was very good and given that the hotel was super busy, it was a thing of wonder that the kitchen and serving staff were able to keep all the options topped up and the tables quickly cleared and cleaned and ready for the next breakfasters! We found it to be quite a jolly affair....

"My wife and I had a four day break in Bath and our stay at the Bailbrook was a delight. The room was spacious and well appointed with a large comfortable bed, although of the many pillows, it would have been beneficial if at least two could’ve been firm! There was even a television over the bath. The food we had was generally excellent save for the fried eggs at breakfast, that were overdone, under the lights. Free WiFi and spacious parking was a bonus."
