Service was difficult in the mornings because sane person was running the cafe and front desk so he had to keep running back and forth. He did a great job given the circumstances and was very pleasant.Wish the cafe was open every evening for those guests who are staying during the week. Nice place to finish the day. "We really enjoyed the stay at Inn at harbor hill marina. We are at room #7. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet, and beautiful inn, breakfast is great and walking distance to the town center, broadwalk, and beach(they even have guess pass for us). There is bikes you can rent. Live music on Saturday. We didn’t get the complimentary boat ride but it starts in middle of June. Overall we had relaxing and happy anniversary trip. Highly recommend to my friends who visit Niantic."

"We were very pleased with the ease of checking in, the cleanliness of the home and Frances, the owner was very attentive - any questions or concerns, she was quick to respond. Having restaurants and bakeries within minutes of stepping out the door was a pleasant change for us and very convenient, since we are used to a life in a very rural area. During your stay check out Rocky Neck State Park for the hiking trails and beach area and Harkness State Park, beautiful 800 acre old estate with expansive shore line and sm beach area, lots of areas to relax and picnic. Out of state residents will be charged a fee during the summer season."
