HOTEL MUY RECOMENDABLE
Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. El servicio de recepción al cliente es excepcional. Quisiera agradecer las atenciones que siempre he recibido por parte de Noelia, siempre con un trato muy agradable y eficiente. Muy buen hotel lo recomiendo.

I would be happier to see a kettle in the room so I can have warm water. Everything else is great. I enjoy its spacious and hoe the hotel and room are designed. I love the bed and pillows, which made me very comfortable.

Stay away of this hotel. This is a pure no sende place. not worth any penny very bad services. Hotel manager Miguel gave us even a more bad influence about the hotel and the island itself. We thought we will land with friendly and happy environment and not people who see the tourists just like a dollar bills .

This is a hotel trade training hotel. The service is excellent as you would expect. As long as you don’t mind young staff who are well supervised it is a great place to stay We went half board and the food was fantastic The rooms are dated but spotless.

Decent hotel in Santa Cruz
Really liked the fact that this hotel is an old school. The common spaces are great; especially the indoor planting and main staircase. However the aircon was weak, the lift didn't work on the day we arrived, and the rooms could do with a refurbishment. That said, I would stay again and would recommend as a nice place for your stay in Santa Cruz.

Back to school night
As the name implies, this is a “school hotel”. People there are learning how to serve in, and manage hotels. They try very hard to please their guests under the direction of mentoring staff. We found it to be very pleasant. The room was spacious clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, the price very reasonable. Food was not a strong point, but we would stay there again!

The hotel was very nice, we really enjoyed our room..The only negative detail I can think of was a bit of a cultural clash. We came from Mexico and right in front of our room there was a large painting of a Spanish conquistador killing/ degrading an indigenous person. It didn't make us feel very welcome.

The staff was so nice and helpful, the rooms very spacious and modern, the location was perfect right in the middle of the city. We enjoyed the pool with our 4 yrs old son and the restaurant food was excellent and very well priced. We will definitely be back!

I loved my stay here
I was told that this city is NOT a tourist area. BUT for my needs, it was perfect. I could walk downhill to city center and bus station and malls and the breakfast was superb. You can hail a cab to go to airport right in the street, and ALL the staff were superb.

Hotel staff could not tell us where a red we were looking for was and then told us wrong Room lacked character and needed a bit of redecorating Gd buffet breakfast and gd position for town centre

Great value
The hotel is an amazing value! One of the reception staff is quite slow when it comes to service but everyone else at the hotel is amazing and very accommodating. Love the place, will be back again. They even have dance lessons on the terrace some nights!

Room very humid, all the time with the air condition on, the pillows so hard that in the morning we have a very painful back. I need to ask to change cloth’s bed after 3 days that in a 4 star hotel......Need to change curtains Breakfast nothing special. Room big, bed good, and free parking by the hotel

Estimado cliente: Lamentamos profundamente que sus estancia entre nosotros no haya resultado todo lo satisfactoria que sería de desear. Respecto a lo que nos indica, comentarle que el aire acondicionado se puede apagar en la misma habitación a voluntad del cliente. En cuanto al cambio de sábanas, para los clientes que están alojados varios días, se hace una día sía otro no. Es norma del hotel y siempre se hace así. No obstante, ante cualquier posible incidencia nuestros compañeros de recepción atienden con empatía a los clientes para tratar de solventar los problemas que puedan surgir de la manera más eficaz y rápida posible. Staff not so helpful, management is poor even though hotel occupancy approx. 50%. Bed was old, room infested with bugs, cleanliness is poor, quality of furniture is poor, no remote to tv, no kettle in room. Management cant decide between themselves of what they are giving free or complimentary. Bad hotel

Suitable short break hotel
Short stay. We were disappointed by Santa Cruz as a capital city. Hotel was in reasonable walking distance of the town. We would have liked to have had tea/coffee making facilities in room. The television programmes were next to useless for English speaking guests. Breakfast lacked a cereal suitable for diabetics, but was otherwise ok for continental type.

Hotel was excellent. Very reasonably priced and large rooms. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Local area is not a tourist hotspot which makes it far better for enjoying the local culture and food.

Great Business Hotel
This is an outstanding BUSINESS Hotel. They know absolutely NOTHING about ANYTHING to do with tourism, so do not ask. They are friendly and try to be helpful but tourism is not their "thing". The hotel is located across from the stadium and there is nothing to see in the neighborhood- again it is for business not touring. Great place to stay though and I would stay there again albeit forearmed with all my tourist needs handled.

Great hotel to see Santa Cruz
The hotel is a short walk uphill from Santa Cruz center but not far at all. Lovely hotel which is good value compared to others as we stayed for Carnival weekend. Its right beside the football stadium so easy to find. The Pool area is lovely so would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed for 14 nights in January & thoroughly enjoyed it. The Hotel was light & spacious & beautifully furnished. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard & not expensive. An easy walk to the Ramblas or the shopping area as well as to the sea. Would thoroughly recommend.

Visiting hospital due to family emergency. Booked this hotel as was a short taxi ride away. Rooms very modern and clean. Hotel tired in parts. Quality of service very basic, not enough information available. Very disappointed with 'manyana' attitude. Football stadium directly next door, on busy road but 15 min walk to town centre. Restaurant opens late in the evening so very tying. Wouldn't recommend.

Comfortable hotel
A pleasant hotel about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre. Good underground parking (free). The hotel seems to function as a training school (as the name suggests) and there are plenty of staff around. We dined in the first night but were the only ones and therefore went out on other nights (taxi to town 2.75 euros). Food was good but on our own there was no atmosphere.

Teníamos que hacer noche en Tenerife para volar temprano y elegimos este hotel, como en otras ocasiones. Es un hotel con un ambiente tranquilo y céntrico, Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y grandes. La única pega, es que la ducha no estaba muy limpia que digamos. Espero que corrijan ese problema, porque nos encanta el hotel

Schöner Aufenthalt in zentralem Hotel
Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Alles in Santa Cruz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist vom Stil her etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut gepflegt.
