"This is a very special little hotel. First, the staff was so friendly. We got there in a rental car, and I was nervous driving on the narrow streets of the historic center. "Roman baths and massage were excellent value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Rooms were ok and although the pool area on the roof top looked very inviting we found some of the decking and sunbeds were broken and the area generally untidy with dirty plates and food left on the tables and even a nappy ! There are bins up there but even so some people are lazy and I felt there really should be someone manning the area. No bar apart from a vending machine so basically self serve."
