"End of September the hotel was not full, most older generation. Dinner is served in a partner hotel (not on site). Hotel is ok, pool was nice (only a few guests) Beds are a little dated and hard and the bathroom could use a little redesign because it's a little compact.. Staf were fantastic Close the the beach's and other shops, restaurants and clubs Underground parking was a little expensive so opted for on street instead. Would go again because the are is very nice but would maybe go...

"The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."

My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. "My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was clean and pleasant. The pool was great apart from being insanely busy which was due to the sea being rough. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is a bit more dated than some of the others in the area but our only real complaint is parking. Expedia says there is parking available however it is public parking usually full and not guaranteed."

"Roman baths and massage were excellent value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Rooms were ok and although the pool area on the roof top looked very inviting we found some of the decking and sunbeds were broken and the area generally untidy with dirty plates and food left on the tables and even a nappy ! There are bins up there but even so some people are lazy and I felt there really should be someone manning the area. No bar apart from a vending machine so basically self serve."
