5/5 Excellent
"My room was spacious and comfortable. (Note to all: some rooms seem small so if staying longer than 1 nite, you might want to reserve a bigger area with more comforts.) Staff were always helpful and friendly. Stayed 2 nights with breakfast buffet. Breakfast was ample with hot Irish Breakfast as well as some sweets, breads, yoghurts and fruits. Clean, new hotel. Am not impressed and did not like the automatic check-in by computer. (This is not a bargain Premier Inn! ) However, a gracious front desk manager, Anna, stepped up, checked me in and gave the room key to me and walked me to my room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Can't fault the hotel's services except for the Lack Of Room Service. Case in point: One lady struggled to get on to the elevator with an open bowl of soup to bring up to the room for her husband, who was under the weather. Others boarded after and jostled her. Not a thing to be tried without a tray and lids on products, but that is how she was handed the food...simply a bowl on a slippery plate and silverware in a napkin occupying her other hand! This was embarrassing for her, and for onlookers. "
