"Nice and pleasant location. Clean room. Friendly Staff. The lodge wasn't soundproof and I heard people next room talking and stomping of the footsteps from the room above.It took a bit long to have hot breakfast served and continental breakfast wasn't impressive."

"Location just off the beaten track, close enough to enjoy the new Forrest without long drives, far enough out to not have too many people around. Lodge is big, comfortable, spacious, really well furnished and clean. Hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend the arrival breakfast package, and the lovely touch of freshly cooked bread and cake was a great welcome gift! Highly recommend and will be going back to stay again. "

"We booked this property in Fordingbridge since it was a reasonably short drive from Southampton (prior to our cruise). The plan was to spend 3 days in SW England (Bath, Stonehenge, etc.) and take in the charm of a small village. The property is lovely, however it is without air conditioning (A/C) and proper ventilation and during a summer heat wave, quite miserable. The owner did her best to provide fans, however despite her best attempts - it was still very hot in the house and impossible to...

"We had a lovely couple of nights here. The beach was within walking distance and the country park had an indoor swimming pool. We had to pay £50 extra for this but it was worth it as the children aged 4 and 6 went in twice a day. We stayed here to visit Poultons Park which was also a great day out for the family. The host for this property was very prompt in all responses and had left wine and biscuits when we arrived. Very professionally managed."

"The property was as advertised and in great condition with spacious dinning area and kitchen and separate lounge. We made the short drive to the beach where we enjoyed a windy walk. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely house, located in a lovely area."

"Sorry to say this is a large caravan not a chalet in my opinion.It was well equipped and positioned in what is a very large park. I have had many holidays in chalets and this one unfortunately was not amongst the best, indeed it was expensive for the short stay"

"I came with my elderly mother to her favourite retreat, the stay was relaxing and very kept and had beautiful decor. The area was a beautiful spot but the hill is very steep, we we’re aware of the as we’ve been to swanage many times and also Ros advised us before we booked, he was also very helpful to our needs, we found him very approachable. "We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days."
