A nice place; I'd stay there again. My only complaint is the ridiculous number of emails (about 10) that the property sent me about my reservation. Please - there's no need to send me so many emails!

I have stayed at the Riva twice now and have found the two bedroom two bathroom apartments to be perfect for two couples. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils etc .The dining and living areas are spacious. The managers are helpful and very responsive.

I would happily stay at this apartment again. The apartment was spacious, with a wonderful balcony and view of the river. It was a short walk to the Mooloolaba promenade, so easy access to all the restaurants, and the beach. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

First of all… thank you for having us. The accomodation is in beautiful location with walkable distance to main attractions and restaurants. We had room with river view.. lovely scenery and very quiet so you truly can relax . Our apartment had everything we needed and it was kept in excellent condition. Everything was in perfect working order: the aircon , appliances, lift etc. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Away from the hustle and bustle
Great location for a peaceful stay. Close to Wharf Mooloolaba. A bit further to get to beach or shops on foot but doable. Apartment comfortable with great view of canal.

Lift was working on our second day. One of us had an injury which made it hard to use the stairs. You did say you’d put us on the ground floor but you ended up putting us on the first floor which meant using the stairs. And you did pest control on the second day.

Location was a beautiful outlook over the river in a quiet no through road, unit was big and well stocked with all the comforts of home, car was safe in a secure underground carpark, and only 5 min walk to the Wharf or a riverwalk the opposite way. Very happy with our stay Mooloolaba.

Great location
The apartment was in a great location but the furniture was old and tired, it was nothing like the pictures on line so a bit of a shock, however, it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Nice place to stay
First time staying here but would stay again. Only down side was our room didn't get the sun (at all). Room was spacious and had everything you needed. Handy to great meals at the bowling club. Issue with garage remote which staff sorted straight away.

Tv was very confusing and hard to use. Door to the garbage Shute would not unlock once you were in there. You had to go back to ground floor.

Hi William. We are on hand to help with these things. There is a flyer with the remote instructions next to the tv. There are also signs on all the doors to the garbage shoot to warn you to take you keys with you:)

It was a very well sticker appartment it had loads of glasses but one mugs was dirty & stained with coffee. There was a coffee machine but no pods to make any coffee with.

Great little gem
We stayed at Excellsior for 3 nights. Apartment was old but clean and comfortably. Close to shops and Wharf etc. Apartment had little luxurys of home like salt, glad wrap, washing detergent for clothes, morning fresh and sponge for dishwashing and also a handwash in bathroom. I usually bring my own but didnt have to use them. Communication was excellent with staff and they were very friendly. Aircon in lounge room only but fan in bedroom only but it was enough in April but not sure how hot it would get in high 30. Car park is good but a little tight but at least you get a free car park. All in all great little getaway and would book again.

A lovely apartment, clean and quiet just 5 minutes walk to the main shops and beach of Mooloolaba. The view of the river from the balcony was lovely, the building and street were quiet, and yet just a short walk to be in the heart of everything .. the perfect balance!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the holiday apartment and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. However, one area where I did experience some difficulty was with the parking situation. The parking lot was a bit tight. Despite the parking situation, I still found the apartment to be a great place to stay. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings, which made the space feel cozy and welcoming. Overall, while the parking situation was less than ideal, it didn't detract too much from my overall experience at the holiday apartment. I would recommend it to others looking for a nice place to stay in the area, as long as they are aware of the parking limitations.

This apartment was wow. Amazing place to stop over on a trip to Mooloolaba. It had everything you would need. With those extra special touches to make this a special place to stop over. First Class apartment next to the river, in a quiet no through road. My husband and I enjoyed our time here.
