Property was in a great location and the view was remarkable! Staff at the front were accommodating when asked and always very friendly. The property is ageing and could use a few updates, as could the room itself, however that is reflected in the rates. If this building and the unit we stayed in did some updating it is likely the rates would increase significantly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good and bad
We stayed a couple of nights as a family. Great location, near the beach, awesome pool. We had a large apartment with views of the ocean. Unfortunately there were a few issues with our room, it was damp smelling, mould on fabrics including the curtains and some comforters in the wardrobes, floors sticky, some crockery dirty, couch dirty. Sadly wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple of nights.

The location was fantastic, close to beach and shops. An older property but pleasant; had a range of options for wet weather too with sauna and games room, dvds and books and for when the sun came out tennis and pool and spa. The area was perfect with nice walks, beach across the road and restaurants and cafes close by. Reception staff were always friendly. We would return.

The photos are nothing like the apartment we got. Our apartment was very dated and dark. The toaster was so old it didn’t fit our bread. The fridge is ancient and tiny The utensils etc are so cheap and nasty You have to take your own rubbish to the bin The bedding was terrible, old and musty. One of the single beds was broken and all springs We never had an ocean view Will not stay here again, ever

Very disappointing!! The property is very dated the pictures on the internet were better than the property. The appliances supplied like the toaster and kettle were filthy along with the oven. Our stay was for four nights we asked to change rooms and were told no. The staff were not helpful or friendly. The property is way overpriced for what you get. On top of this we then had to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner due to the state of appliances. Don’t bother booking.

The apartment was luxurious and beautiful. There were however two minor things that bothered us. The laundry light had burnt and it was an inconvenience. The second thing was the power plugs in the bathroom were broken, which meant that I could not dry my hair in there. We reported both issues to the desk in the hope that it would get fixed but nothing was done about it. Otherwise I would definitely have given it 5 stars.

Even though this is an older property in Coolum Beach, it is well maintained. The rooms are soundproof and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Position is great, opposite beach and a short walk to the sand. Very spacious apartment. Bathroom fans not great, the supplied blow dryer is too weak. The toiletries and toilet paper supplies were insufficient for our stay. Bedrooms very dusty. Good laundry and kitchen facilities. Staff very nice at front desk.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything is close by and the managers are very helpful. Only thing with my OCD I had to clean when we first got there are there was dust over most things from the dryer in the laundry. Apart from that I would not hesitate in recommending a stay at Clubb Coolum

We loved this place slot and Denise was very helpful. Also the room was equiped with main things to start of. The location was great n we were given the front facing the beach!!! So lucky. Walkable distance to the shops. Overall we loved it!!!

We had a great stay in a 3bdr apartment. We loved the views from our balcony, spending time in the pool and how close it was to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Having male and female saunas not adequate if you want to have a sauna with your partner. My partner could not as she was scared in an isolated area where it is located. However great position over looking ocean and everything in walking distance. Great pool and spa.

We had the worst week of our holiday at Clubb Coolum. The apartment was not maintained to a decent standard - the cupboard door was faulty and fell off. The plastic soap dish in the shower was broken and dangerous, there was mould behind the curtain, the carpets were old and bald and the list goes on. The cleanliness was also sub par… dust everywhere it wasn’t easy to clean (behind tv, under beds, on top of light fittings). My asthma triggered as soon as we arrived. We complained to the front desk who were underwhelming in their response (they asked why we were checking behind curtains). Overall very disappointing accommodation for the cost given it’s advertised as “4.5 star luxury accommodation). Don’t waste your money or precious holiday time here - go somewhere else.

The premises we stayed in were quite dated, some areas did not look like they had seen a broom or a vacuum in quite sometime, the floor of the outdoor deck/patio area was very dirty and the outdoor table and chairs had not been wiped over and cleaned for the next guests. Overall my wife and i were pretty disappointed, but maybe that's all you get for $275 per night

Needs a little loving hand to make it perfect
If you want to stay: 1. Ask for a room away from the building works next day. 2. Come prepared to clean before you use. Under lounge cushions dirty as was the floors, mirrors etc. We had to clean filter from dishwasher, dryer etc But a good location to beach and shops lovely ocean views. Could be so good.
