"What a find! We have lived in Maine for three years now and have really wanted to visit OOB. We made a last minute decision to drive down and spend a night this weekend. Not only was the price fair, the accommodations were very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The welcome staff were very friendly and accommodating and we met the owners, JJ and Patty, in the pool and they were super nice. Great location; close to the pier but just far enough out of the fray to have peace and quiet at bedtime....

"It was our first time near the ocean after so many years. We couldn’t believe the powerful waves at the shore are real and stayed in the balcony for longtime admiring the ocean.
