"The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast."

"The lodge is idyllic, the staff is excellent, and the grounds are immaculate. The resort is run with Austrian efficiency - so be on time for tours! Great hiking trails and abundant wildlife - we saw a Black Bear! Dining is very Austrian-themed - limited choices for vegetarians - and pricey, even for Stowe. The classic mountain lodge combined with the von Trapp legend make for a memorable vacation."

"We loved the location and the views from our room. The small bathroom was a little challenging. The biggest issue we had was the bed. The floor of our room wasn't level therefore the bed was slanted. Our heads were lower than our feet and it was pretty uncomfortable. They allowed us to leave our bikes in the bike rental building and I am pretty sure someone used my bike. Probably need better communication among staff."
"No gym on the premises and the door to our room opened and closed really hard. The heat/air conditioner was confusing from lower floor to top floor. The room was gorgeous though and the wedding we were there for was great. Super fun spacious 2-floor room. Very nice! Walking distance to a lot of places nearby too."
