I only dropped a whole star due to lack of electrical sockets and charging ability. Room had only one electrical socket and it was down behind middle of bed and had both room lights in it. "The staff here were so friendly and so kind. We were pleased with every interaction we had. The room was fine and clean. The pools were very well maintained and we liked the option of having two pools to pick from! The gym is on the older side and did not have free weights.
