Convenient beach access with chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Clean rooms, balcony with beach view on 4th floor (room 427), great staff especially Susan in the breakfast area and decent breakfast. Historic district is 15 minutes away driving or a cheap Uber ride but give yourself at least 30 minutes if you have reservations in historic district.

I always stay here while visiting St. Augustine. Vanessa and her wonderful smile makes my trip. The rooms are clean, the food is good, and the location is awesome. Sunset Grill is right across the street. They offer some of the best chowder and fried shimp in town. Definitely will be back!

Great location, close to restaurants, shops ,walkable. One of the few hotels on beach side. Pool,hot tub. Not heated though. Pathway to beach. Good breakfast included. Safe,need room card to access . Dog friendly, so many dogs on the beach. Would def. Return !
