"We booked the cabin in the woods for family ski/snowboard trip. Crotched mountain was perfect for the kids learning and for us to enjoy as well. The mountain was about 45 minute drive from the cabin. We also were able to skate on the lake which it's a few minutes walk from the cabin. We really enjoyed exploring the farm and meeting the animals. I asked ahead of our stay what they would have available to purchase from the farm and Jenny stocked our fridge with delicious pasture raised meats....

We visited to enjoy the fall colors and we didn’t have to drive as this location and surrounding was so beautiful. We also gone for a walk in the trail in the backside of the cabin. "Once a few hiccups were worked out we had a great stay at the house in Ludlow. The previous visitors had left a large pile of trash outside and had left the hot tub cover unsecured. After we located the cover lock for the hot tub we were able to secure it so it wouldn’t keep blowing open. The silverware drawer was also broken and falling out of the cabinet.
