"Very kindly the exceptional concierge left the key for us after travel cancellation meant we were very late arriving. Good friendly service and a lovely view over the harbour. NZ is expensive so the cost was not out of line with other properties. I would recommend it. We got the penultimate free room so obviously it is v popular. "

"We found the property clean but in need of maintenance, the Bed was comfortable but moved around on the caster's, The morning of the second night there was a trail of Ants from the front door to the Kitchen and into the Fridge which only had a bottle of milk inside. The location was handy to town and the nightly rate was a reasonable price."

"What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating to our needs, they are lovely caring staff members. Room 1 was great, plenty of space, nicely decorated and clean and tidy. A very cosy apartment, just a few kitchen items would be handy, a bowl, grater/peeler and perhaps something to use in the microwave but we coped well with what was there. The location of the motel was ideal for us with most of our time spent between two hospitals. Its on a lovely quiet...
