Maria was a great hostess for breakfast, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are clean and well decorated. "Very nice people and good condition. It’s about 3/4 of a mile to the city center which adds up if you’re going into town for shopping, dinner, tours or anything else. We had a beautiful ocean view but the cruise ships park right in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will help you. "

"Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. "Hotel & Service is Excellent, however, i har to walk hundreds of stairs from the Port to the Hotel Pickup point due to the fact that their Shuttle is not allowed in the Port because the City protect the Taxi Business at the expense of convenience, especially older people like me, this IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, SHAME ONYO SORRENTO!!"
