"When we arrived the property was closed. Two phone numbers that were associated with this hotel were "out of service". With the help of our driver and the hotel's neighbor we were able to see some person who came from the back of the hotel (most likely he was security guard). The person told us the the property is closed because they don't have water and all reservations are canceled (two or three days before our arrival). This person kept saying that he is not a manager and cannot do anything. Contacting Expedia support (via chat) didn't give us any help, because they also were not able to reach the hotel personnel."
